Description: Captured while enjoying the outdoors during Easter break. A family enjoys ice fishing on Sandsvatnet (Sand Lake) near Mortenhalsskolten (rising in the background), during Easter break. In Northern Norway, nearly everyone receives a five-day Easter break from both school and work, from Wednesday through Easter Sunday itself, and since snow normally still covers the earth during this time, Norwegians traditionally spend their break skiing, sledding, ice fishing, and engaging in other winter-related activities.
